Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

1. Assy Operator management, training and assessment.
装配部门人员的管理、培训、考核。
2. Organization system Design.
装配部门组织建制。
3. Make and tracking Assy production plan.
装配部门的生产计划的制定与跟进。
4. Communicate and Cooperate with all department.
内、外部门沟通、协调。
5. equipment & facility maintenance.
机器设备的保养与维护。
6. People arrangement and distribution.
部门人员的安排与调配。
7. Make and revise Department Document.
部门文件的制定与修改。


Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1、负责装配部门人员的管理、调配与培训。
Operator management, distribution and training.
2、制定部门人员的考核制度并对部门人员进行考核。
Set-up evaluation policy.
3、制定部门的生产计划并跟进生产进度。
Set-up production plan and follow up.
4、负责部门消费品的管制、计划与控制。
In charge of the consumable management, plan and control.
5、负责装配部门机器设备的保养与维护。
Be responsible for the equipment maintenance of the Assy Dept.
6、对装配部门的产品质量负责。
Be responsible for the production quality of ASSY Dept.
7、负责部门文件的制定与修改工作。
Be responsible for making and revising department documents.
8、.负责部门文件的审核与确认。
Be responsible for the audit and approval.
9、负责对本部门“5S”的规划、推行与维持工作。
In charge of the 5s management and follow-up.
10、负责部门加工过程中成本控制工作以及认真完成上级下达的相关任务等。
In charge of cost control in process, finish MISC tasks delegated by Mgr.

Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1、大专或以上（机械相关专业）学历。
College degree or above, majored in mechanics.
2、二年以上装配生产线的实际操作经验及管理经验。
More than 2 years operating and management experience of assembly line.
3、能处理装配过程出现的相关异常。
Can deal with abnormal problem in assembly process.
4、具有装配主管三年或以上工作经验。
More than 3 years experience in Assembly Supervisor.
5、熟悉钣金加工工艺，会看三视图。
Skill in sheet mental process, can read Three-view drawings.
6、熟悉生产线排布的方法及原则。
Be familiar with measure and standard of line arrangement.
