Specific Responsibilities:

1. Direct and coordinate activities of manufacturing, production scheduling, optimizing process engineering, manufacturing engineering and maintenance facility to effect operational efficiency and economy.
指导并协调产量计划，工艺优化，制造及设备维护，增强生产运作效率和经济性，

2. Control products quality, ensure quality continuous improvements.
产品质量控制，确保产品质量的不断改进。

3. Foster teams to achieve a common goal and to enhance the continuous improvement process and resolve repeated occurrence relating to quality issues.
鼓励团队取得共同的目标，加强持续性改进过程，解决反复出现的质量问题。

4. Coordinate with Engineering team to Improve Product design activities and development projects.
协助改进公司工程管理方面的程序，支持产品设计和产品开发。

5. Explore and recommend drives continuous improvement activities based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods.
在有效降低成本和寻找现代化的管理方法的基础上，引入能促进生产的新方法。

6. Review and approve cost control reports, cost budget, and manpower and facilities requirements forecasts.
审阅、批准成本控制报告、成本预算报告，预测人力、设备需求。

7. Analyze division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, allocated operating budget.
分析部门的额度需求，找出可以减少预算的范围，重新分配预算。


Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years similar management position in Automotive of foreign enterprise.
全日制学士学位，至少3年制造经理相似职位，有汽车行业外资企业工作经验。

2. Familiar with automotive parts manufacturing process and related equipment repairing and maintenance experience.
熟悉汽车零部件的制造工艺过程和相关的设备维修维护管理经验。

3. Familiar with sheet metal manufacturing process and related equipment repairing and maintenance experience.
熟悉金属件的制造工艺过程和相关的设备维修维护管理经验。

4. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques including: Equipment Reliability Systems
Level production; In Station Process Control (Poke Yokes); Just In Time material flow (reduction of work in process)Ability.
精益生产的执行，包括：设备可靠性系统、标准生产、过程控制、物料及时。

5. Good ability to analyze production requirements (build schedules).
良好的分析生产需求的能力（确定时间进度）。

6. Familiar with ISO9000. ISO14000 and TS16949 system requirement and 6 SIGMA.

7. Prefer manages subordinate production supervisors and all other support staff within the plant. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
