Summary of Job Function:
工作职责

1, Maintain internal Marketing Data and assist Sales Manager to achieve the departmental sales objectives, carry out market survey and infos collection enable sales forecast and business expansion strategy.
2, Sales and Marketing documentation control.
3, Support Key Account Manager for secondary local customer including support local sourcing, assisting cost estimation, involving in commercial negotiation and order conclusion.

2, Relevant Market information collection and coordination, Information collection of competitors.

3, Advertising, Trade shows organization, Catalogue, Brochures, etc.
广告，展览会的组织与准备，公司产品目录及宣传资料的组织与准备。
4, Sales forecast and budget collection.
销售预算的收集与整理。
5, Involve in commercial negotiation and order conclusion.
参与商务沟通及订单确认。
6, keep contacts with existing customers for shipment or invoice issue.
现有客户的发货或发票事宜的联系及确认。
7, Monitor and Track project budget and cost.
追踪项目预算的执行及项目成本监控。
8, Implement quotation process in time to meet the requirement from customer.
及时进行报价作业以满足客户需求。

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1, Hold bachelor degree majored in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
市场，商务管理或相关专业本科学历。
2, 3-year sales experience in relevant business, especially in automotive industry.
3年以上相关行业工作经验，特别是在汽车行业。
3, Ability to communicate and coordinate with customers or Methode colleagues from various departments.
与来自不同部门的客户以及迈梭电子各个不同部门的同事进行交流与协作的能力。
4, Must be aware of general quality systems and standards, TS16949 preferred.
必须了解相关质量体系与标准，TS16949更佳。
5, Good communication skills in English.
