具体职位要求如下：

We are seeking a senior level User Interface Engineer in Shanghai office to join our Cloud-based eCommerce system team.

Main Duties:
？ Working with senior business executives and the development team to design our next generation of eCommerce financial system
？ Drive the design and user interface using Web 2.0 technologies and techniques
？ Lead the effect to create the overall UI including structure, navigation and theme
？ Conduct UI design sessions with input from business units and the technical team
？ Develop wireframes, technical prototypes and screens
？ Create reusable HTML templates and style sheets based on Web 2.0 UI standards and guidelines
User Interface Engineer Qualifications:
？ 2+ years experience designing complex web-based systems
？ Thorough understanding of overall UI design concepts and processes
？ Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
？ Ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design
？ Experience with generating UI prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams, and wireframes
？ Retail software product user interface design experience is a plus
？ Equity and equity derivative knowledge a plus
？ Ability to prototype with HTML, CSS and jQuery is a huge plus
High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is desired
