The Position
HR Supervisor

Location
Shanghai, China

Scope of Role

The successful candidate shall operate collaboratively with line managers, business unit leaders, HR colleagues, and external providers to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient recruitment and training function.

This shall include full ownership of the recruitment cycle, including selection process, supplier management, legal compliance and offer management and internal training function support.

Key Challenges & Opportunities

Recruitment:

-Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of each business unit, and form effective working relationships with key decision makers
-Monitor and effectively manage the complete of process and hiring goals to meet the needs of the business
-Develop and enhance the ability to ensure greater utilization of direct hires
-Maintain and develop external and internal recruiting channels
-Be responsible to recruit graduates/ interns and facilitate campus talks in local and overseas universities
-Maintain and update Headcount report

Training:
-Set up and maintain the training system to improve the staff capability
-Support HRD to conduct internal training
-Maintain training records and collect training feedback
-Improve training procedure and policy to meet staff development needs

The ideal profile:

Key Competencies
-Adaptability / Flexibility - Successful performance in changing environments, positive attitude to change, willing to use new techniques, modifies behavior successfully in response to change.
-Attention to detail - Follows established procedure, develops systems to check accuracy such as checklists.
-Communication - Actively listens, checks understanding, uses language and tone appropriate for the audience, expresses ideas clearly and logically, builds rapport, managers the emotions of self and others.
-Pressure tolerance - Maintains performance under pressure, manages stress, identifies ways to reduce work stress, and uses appropriate coping mechanisms.

Required Experience
-At least 4 -year experience in a MNC, service/ consulting industry background is preferred
-Broad and comprehensive recruitment experience, working experience in headhunting service agency preferred.
-Proven ability to manage both volume and specialized resourcing. Experience of candidate sourcing via different channels.

Required Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree
-Professional English in oral and written corporate communication.
