1. 负责与外教老师的沟通，配合其备课、教学及课后跟进；
2. 电话回访，掌握学生学习程度
3. 参与教学研究与培训，负责编写完善教案；
4. 课后与家长交流反馈教学情况；
5. 参与学校公开活动
6. 参加包括课外活动在内的学校社会活动
7. 参加学校组织的推广和营销及活动
8. 执行学校安排的其他相关工作
任职要求：
1. 具有极强的团队合作精神及沟通能力；富有亲和力，热情，并且拥有责任心；
2. 英语交流能力突出；
3. 有英语教学资格证及相关经验者优先。
4. 能接受工作日晚上和双休日全上班
General Purpose
To assist our English teahcers to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their English learning potential.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
develop schemes of work and lesson plans with our English teachers
prepare classroom for class activities
observe and evaluate student's performance and development
provide appropriate feedback on work
monitor the curriculum progress
maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress
participate in extracurricular and promotional activities and open classes
