说明：该职位为短期职位，时间为6个月，工作地点在上海。

岗位职责：
1. Extract data from SL system to match each Customs Declaration Form, and provide associated VAT invoice issuing information to HM NB and PNB
2. Check the correction for VAT invoice received for VAT refund purpose, and submit VAT invoice information to tax authority’s system
3. Invoice match in SL system
4. Prepare inter-company balance and transaction reconciliations monthly with HM NB and PNB
5. Prepare AP payment details and make payment
6. AP month-end close
7. Daily Customs Declaration Form chasing and maintain weekly associated reports
8. Expense reimbursement
9. Bank related issues
10. Month general tax report submission

岗位要求：
· University graduates with major in accounting and/or finance
· Minimum 2 yearsin a foreign trade company, and have experience in handing Export VAT refund and monthly tax filing
· Have Basic accounting qualification certificate (会计上岗证),
· Prefer to have certificate for tax declaration (办税员证), but not a must
· Familiar with accounting and tax processing for ordinary VAT payer qualified company
· Familiar with ERP system, preferably with experience in Syteline system
· Able to communicate by email in English
