The Position
Assistant Finance Manager

Shanghai, China

Scope of Role
Assistant Finance manager will provide guidance to the company's Accountant and Cashier, and will report to the Assistant Financial Controller of China

Key Challenges & Opportunities

Shanghai:
- Responsible for Shanghai finance department and keep good relationship with external and internal clients
- Maintain the full set of accounting records of Shanghai branch, in charge of the monthly income and cost analysis
- Handle relevant process of taxation for Shanghai branch, deal with local tax officer for all statutory requirement
- Maintain HSBC online banking system & liaison with relevant parties for online banking issue
- Manage & check work completion & quality from subordinates

Global & China:
- Prepare weekly cash flow and working capital report
- Handle the monthly financial reports including local statutory & IFRS
- Assist with ad hoc request from internal & external

The Ideal Profile
- Bachelor degree in accounting, with the Accountant Qualification Certification
- 4+ years working experience with 2 years solid experience with multinational company
- Outstanding financial management skill, be accomplished in the planning/ cost analysis/ budgeting
- Be familiar with the local finance/ tax/ audit procedure and policy
- Good command of English
- Be familiar with MS Office software
- Team player, mature and patient
