QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求
? University degree in IT/Computer, or with equivalent working experience
本科以上计算机相关专业，或具有同等相关的技术和工作经验
? Minimum three years’ experience working as server system administrator, during which no less than one year as MS Exchange system administrator in an international environment. The desired candidate will need to have experience in managing Exchange server for over 1000 mailboxes 至少三年以上服务器管理经验，其中管理Exchange 邮件服务器的经验不少于一年。具有管理1000个左右用户邮箱的Exchange 邮件服务器管理经验
? Microsoft MCITP Certification, or same production knowledge in Exchange 2010, and muti-site Active Directory administration. 微软相关MCITP认证，或具有Exchange 2010 部署迁移，维护管理，和多站点AD活动目录管理经验
Will prefer following background knowledge
? Servers and Networking administration experience in company or manufacturing plant with more than 200 user base
? Exchange system planning and performance management
? VMware Technology (ESX4, ESXi 4, vSphere4)
? Backup strategy, previous knowledge with Veritas backup exec and tap library
? Experience with Storage system,e.g. Netapp experience is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
? Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for Exchange-based messaging and collaboration solutions 对集中托管的邮件系统进行较长期的管理规划，制定容量规划，优化和性能调优
? Install, configure, and initiate hosting servers, software, and required equipment, e.g. Exchange Server, core network equipment, Riverbed etc.安装，配置，初始化部署规划，集中托管的服务器系统，应用系统，和相关的硬件设备。如Exchange服务器，核心网络设备等
? Hosting system design, and administration, including Exchange performance monitoring, security evaluation, proactive health check for AD and Exchange servers, log tracking, etc 集中托管系统的部署架构设计，管理，包括对Exchange 的性能监控，信息安全性评估，对AD 和Exchange定期进行预防性的健康检查和日志监控
? Deploy, manage and maintain all core network security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptography systems, and anti-virus software 部署和管理集中托管系统， 维护核心的网络硬件和相关软件系统
