JOB OBJECTIVES:
According to supervisor's guidance and agreed production plan, supervise and monitor the assigned production activities to ensure the timely production and product quality that meet specifications, production procedures and standards.
To solve minor or regular production-related problems at operational levels and coordinate with relevant functions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist the Production Manager on daily routine tasks and act as the back up when necessary.
2. Supervise production: Coordinate and monitor the whole process, schedule, priorities of production in responsible area and respond to various alarms by effective corrective actions. To ensure maximum use of machinery/equipment capacity and utility supply at minimum costs and fulfill production plan, including trial production.
3. Maintenance and repairing: Interface with Engineering and Maintenance personnel to expedite correction of nonconformances to prevent and minimize the interruption of engineering malfunctioning. Timely resolve regular and minor problems onsite when accident happens.
4. Material administration: Manage of material for production, including a smooth communication flow between the production and material function to ensure the schedules, quality and quantity of current and planned production.
5. People management: Advise the technical/skills needed for the production training including operation and safety training to subordinates. Allocate and distribute job duties to subordinates. Review their performance and measure their discipline.
6. Safety and Housekeeping: Implement all relevant EHS requirements, including enforcing the observation of all company's operations, safety, ecology and housekeeping guidelines to maintain a working environment that supports work safety and production activities. Act as the EHS Assistant in the plant.
7. Maintain and implement ISO requirements in the responsible area, including ISO Procedures, Work Instructions and Records
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least bachelor, master degree is preferred
2. 3 year of chemical industry, reactions manufacturing is preferred
3. Chemical plant production/operation
