OBJECTIVES:

According to the agreed strategies, policies and practices, provide technical development of products and services to support the implementation of sales strategies and polices in the assigned areas/ fields. Support TS leader on new employee training and support S/M on business development and customer management, etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To develop new and improve existing polyurethane systems in terms of performance, quality and cost, and introduce them to customers
2. To act as an active member in sales and marketing team to provide technical supports by developing new and improving existing polyurethane systems in terms of performance, quality and cost, and introduce them to customers to achieve sales target
3. To provide fast and best possible technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant; follow up on customer complaints in a fast, efficient, and professional manner and assist customers in their problem solving in the best possible manner
4. To work as technical service representative as part of a technical service team at a larger account to identify future customer needs and determine their service needs, approaches and procedures to meet their satisfaction with products and services
5. To share information related to customer expectation and product performance with team members


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor or above, major in High-polymer Science or Chemical Engineering
2. Prefer more than 2 years of experience in PU industry
3. Good computer operation skill including good knowledge of Micro software is MUST
4. Good command of English, in speaking and in written
5. Willing to travel to customers in case needed
6. Competencies required: Striving for Achievement, Customer Focus, Communication and Interprersonal Understanding, Innovativeness, Teamworking, etc.
