JOB OBJECTIVES:
According to the supervisor's direction and plant production guidance, generating state of the art and novel design input for projects and processing improvements
Providing creative solutions where current standard practice does not deliver required results
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitoring production process
Effect corrections and make timely adjustments if necessary to ensure the timely production and quality of the finished and intermediate products and to eliminate deficiencies to ensure the products meet plant standards. Analyse complex process problem, identify where to involve addition specialists.
2. Process modification
Provide feasibility calculations, analysis, diagrams and drawings, consolidation of results by company's standard documents and well- structured reports. Act as lead consultant for machinery and equipment for novel processing, for hardware and material optimization, selection of technologies, specific demanding conceptual and detailed design topics.
3. Process consulting
Consulting, guiding & coaching project improvement teams during project planning, execution or trial phase.
4. New products launch
Assist the supervisors to launch new products of nonionics production smoothly and successfully.
5. Production documentation
Oversee the administration (compilation, maintenance, upgrading, retrieval and distribution) of production data to ensure an updated database in an easily accessible (integrated computerized) system. Provide updated records/data to relevant supervisors. Update all production procedures and ISO documents.
6. Engineering maintenance and repairing
Oversee the cooperation/ coordination of maintenance and troubleshooting activities, including the implementation of maintenance and repairing schedules, actions, modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
7. Personnel training
Provide special training for basic function of new chemistry and equipment, its start-up and related fine tuning.
8. Conflict management
Conflict management is the willingness to address problems open, and objectively, to defend one's opinion with self-confidence and the intention to solve problems in an unemotional and constructive manner. It's also the ability to be open to the criticism voiced by others, to take other people's opinions and new ways of thinking seriously and to change one's opinion on the basis of new information.
9. Safety and housekeeping
According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environmental protection policies and procedures by seeking consultation from with EHS Manager, including enforcement in the observation of all company's operations, safety, ecology and housekeeping guidelines to maintain a working environmental that supports work safety and production activities.
10. Environmental, health and safety awareness
Environmental, health and safety (EHS) awareness refers to the awareness of the conditions that affect the health and safety of ourselves, the employees, contractors and business partners as well as the public and the environment. This competency involves an understanding and compliance to environmental, health and safety standards and, in the light of this, takes proactive action to identify and prevent problems. In addition, it includes the ability to educate others and formulate systemic approach and processes.

2.At least 3 years experience in chemistry industry
