JOB OBJECTIVES:
To lead a rotating equipment team to be responsible for the reliability management of all rotating equipment site wide.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To be responsible for rotating equipment daily inspection and repair work
2. To be responsible for rotating equipment preventive/predictive maintenance planning work, Root Cause Analysis and historical records documentation
3. To lead & implement risk based maintenance for site rotating equipment
4. To be responsible for plant shut down related activities, such as Planning material
5. To prepare, schedule, safety and quality & Cost control etc.
6. To be responsible for the vendor qualification, shop inspection of rotating equipment for both maintenance and projects
7. To be responsible for Lubrication management
8. To be responsible for the overhaul of big compressors & Steam turbines
9. To be responsible for rotating equipment selection for site MOC and small capital projects
10.To be responsible for spare parts management for rotating equipment
11.To be responsible for leading a 8-member rotating mechanical team to accomplish all panned & unplanned work
12.To be responsible for SAP related work, such as material No. applying, PM model set up etc.
13.To be responsible for maintaining a good EHS records within his/her responsible areas/activities
14.To strictly comply with all BASF & local authorities' requirements


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrcial engineering or related area
2. Above 5 years' working experience in chemical/ petrochemical plant
3. Be familiar with plant power system-LV, HV system knowledge are both required; LV operation certificate is mandatory.
4. Be familiar with relevant electrical standards and codes
5. Project experience is very preferred
6. Be able to read & design electrical diagram
7. Basic English and computer skills are required
8. Good team work and communication capability
