Responsibility:

 

· Selling：Answer inbound or respond to client enquiries or leads to present and sells Training products/solutions. Prepares and presents sales presentation via telephone or digital channels to market product/solutions to maximize sales and successfully negotiates leads/opportunities to closing.

 

· Marketing：Prepares and facilitates online/offline marketing for products & solutions to communicate messages, engage with target audiences and capture sales leads. Provide digital contents for online channels (websites, social medias, newsletters etc.) to expand company’s digital content offering and ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and meeting branding standards.

 

· Client Relationship：Liaises frequently with existing or former account contacts to maintain or increase proximity to a market and uphold business presence. Identifies opportunities and advises accounts on the business value of products and solutions to gain credibility and experience in the market to sell.

 

· Leads Screening：Screen leads and pass information to the most relevant consultant so it can be dealt with appropriately. Follow up and ensure each client requests/issues are resolved and closed in timely manner.

 

Requirements:

 

· Bachelor degree.

 

· 1 year full time experience in Sales & Marketing environments

 

· Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and troubleshooting/ problem solving skills

 

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task, time management and adherence to schedules

 

· Fluent in English and Mandarin

 

· Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
