职位描述：
1、负责处理订单（订单确认、指令传达、跟踪落实等）
2、负责进出口业务单据的制作(Proforma, Invoice,Packing list)及订舱、报关
3、负责处理订单涉及新产品的确认工作（跟踪样品制作、品质,包装确认等）
4、负责办理产地证
5、前往工厂或者仓库进行流程管理检验及验货；
6、其他辅助性业务工作

职位要求：
应聘要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业
2、具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
3、1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验；
4、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
5、具备良好的沟通、协调及执行能力，能承受工作压力和挑战，工作踏实认真、具备应对突发事件能力，责任心强。
Responsibilities: -
- Can work with overseas clients independently
- Factory Sourcing, product development, and quotation
- Communicate with both clients and suppliers at daily basis
- Prepare all the related documents including Proforma, Invoice, Packing list etc.
- Supervising and pushing the production progress to ensure the in-time delivery
- Solving the sudden troubles/problems during the order follow-up process

Requirement: -
- University/college and above
- Minimum 1 years experiences in buying agent or trading company preferred
- Good Knowledge of export-import
- Good oral and written English
