职责（详细的任务），描述主要的职责

1. Build up and Maintain Standard QOS (Quality Operating System) for VAST China Plants with consideration of Customer Specific Requirement and Related Global or Regional Regulation.
Build up and effectively implement Standard Corrective action System tools within VAST China Plants.

2. Monitor and Periodically review Quality Cost, and customer Concerns with Quality Team of Individual plants of VAST China.

3. Initiate and continuously improve Strategic Plan of Zero –deffects/zero accident,assure sufficiently communication to VAST LLC and get approval.

4. Leading Management Review of all plants of VAST China with authority signed off by VAST China President.

5. Involvement into Project Review of Global and Multi-site projects with Project Steering Committee of All
VAST China Plants.

6. Closely Pay Attention to Customer concerns, such as (not limited) Quality Claims, Delivery, Projects, with support of VAST LLC ,Make sure all the concerns permanently closed timely and qualitatively.

a. College level or higher education level in Mechanical or Electronic related field,Master Degree on Electronic preferred.

b. With at least 8-years Quality Management System Experience in automobile -industrial
Field ,. With engineering background preferred具备至少8年在汽车行业质量体系管理的经验。

c. Strongly communication skill, team work orientated behavior.
具有极强的沟通能力，团队合作。
d. Influent and Skillful& Prefessional Written or spoken English preferred. 流利的口语和专业的书面英语优先考虑。
