Discipline Leader (Interior Design) Primary objective of the positionThe position requires a leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently managing the Interior Design discipline (people, projects, clients) to ensure that both the financial and design requirements of HASSELL are being met.

Key Skills and ExperienceThe following skills and experience are desirable: -Qualification in Interior Design or Architecture-Strong business development and marketing skills and the ability to show leadership-A proven ability to win and manage work-A respected reputation in the industry-Creative design talent and commitment to effective teamwork-A commitment to the development of a strong design culture-Strongly self motivated and tenacious-Strong skills in design and report writing (including experience with relevant software packages)-Minimum 10 years experience, preferred with hospitality design experience-Demonstrated interest, experience and skills in multi-disciplinary design work-Strong communication skills, ability to work with major clients and stakeholders to consult and present-Strong experience and skills in the management of finances, resources and personnel at a senior level-Experience in working in Mainland China an advantage
