Associate-Interior Design

Primary objective of the position
The position requires a creative hospitality design leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently leading presenting projects to ensure they meet the design excellence requirements of HASSELL.

- Excellent communication and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate ideas, issues, systems and procedures successfully at all levels to a variety of audiences

Key Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience are desirable:
- A qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 7 years experience, primarily in hospitality design
- Has received award recognition from professional and/or other organisations
- Has completed a project where a significant design input was recognised
- Strong skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments
- Ability to set clear standards and expectations and ensure their delivery
- Highly developed negotiating skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest level
- Ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained time-scales and resources in the light of competing pressures
