Design Coordinator

Small Scale Projects

Designated area of a large/medium scale project

Must have "some" of the following

1 Management skills - can manage a project

2 Can work closely with the SD to resolve design

3 Client liaison

4 Communication and Interpretation/translation

5 Ability to present

6 Responsible for billing and controlling clients (when possible)

7 Quality control of CAD documentation and presentation drawings and Presentation material

8 Coordination with all consultants - M&E, lighting etc

9 Can resolve design issues from concept to construction

10 Site coordination

11 over 3 years international design companies work experience
