Job Description:
EIS Technology Administrator's work scope includes:
? Take full responsibility on maintaining and upgrading Essex EIS environment, includes data security, server performance/troubleshooting, and client support, etc
o The application server has QlikView, Excel, etc. no database.
? Support client and internal international colleagues on EIS related usage issues
? Daily maintenance on EIS server
? Monitor EIS system performance, network performance, data transfer and security history, etc
? Prepare and implement EIS system upgrade, network upgrade, data security enhancement, etc

Qualifications/Requirements:
? 3+ year working experience as system administrator and IT support
? Good communication skills in English. Can handle daily English communication with foreign colleagues through mail and phone calls
? Flexible on work timing
? Responsive and proactive on IT requests
? Familiar with windows servers, and server management. Includes active directory, group policy distribution, security, etc. and good troubleshooting skills under window environment
? Familiar with data security, network monitoring and security, system monitoring, etc
? Open mind and quick learning on IT related knowledge
? Familiar with cisco network equipment, router, firewall, vpn, etc.
? Background of Computer Science is preferred
? MCSE engineers are preferred
