Job Description - Marketing Manager
Report to CEO/COO and mainly in charge of marketing, VM and some sales related function for Design Republic.
Marketing
1. Plan and implement marketing strategy
2. Develop and execute marketing plan
3. Manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget
4. Plan, organize all marketing related events including brand launch, trade show/exhibition, promotion, co-branding events.
5. Database acquisition and VIP customer relationship management.
6. Liaison with related marketing partners including suppliers, potential sponsors.
7. Development, production & management of marketing tools including marketing collaterals (catalog, store brochure, Manifesto...) and DR website
8. Oversee daily operation of marketing department
9. Plan and execution of promotion plan.
10. Market intelligence collection and feedback to head office
VM
1. Oversee the VM works for DR flagship store to ensure it achieve the standard required
2. Manage the VM budget to ensure all VM works delivered within budget
3. Manage all venue setup for events/activities/programs in store and all exhibition/trade show
4. Managing sourcing and production display tools needed for VM works
Others
5. Provide support to other departments like PR and Branding
Required
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3-5 years'working experience in related field.
3. A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
4. Chinese and English fluency.
5. Passion for Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
6. Proven leadership skills.
7. High level of integrity.
Optional
1. Experience in the luxury goods.
2. Home furnishings experience.
