Job Description:

1. Work with F/A director to plan, develop and implement strategy for administrative management and development (including office control, discipline, pay and conditions, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues)

2. Work with management to administrate performance appraisals of all employees.

3. Receive feedback from employees on conditions within the work environment.

4. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects



Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. 3-5 years'working experience in admin.

3. A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.

4. Chinese and English fluency.

5. Passion for Excellence and Continuous Improvement.

6. Proven leadership skills.

7. High level of integrity.

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
