This position will provide HR solutions and support to the internal customers for achieving the business goal andobjectives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
·Provide a full range of professional HR services and advices including employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staff movement, and work with the department heads/line managers to prevent and resolve the staff issues.
·Assist to formulate and implement related HR policy to ensure it can help both the line managers and staff to comply for work effectiveness.
·Drive and participate in key HR projects/ programs such as regular HR exercise, Graduate Trainee Program, and Employee Survey etc. and make recommendation and suggestions for improvement.
·Take the role of general administrator for HR system, design and formulate reports to capture and consolidate HR data for analysis and review for decision making.
·Handle staff issues and cases including but not limited to Employee Compensation cases, disputes, disciplinary actions, and interact with the statutory bodies in relation to staff issues to ensure legal compliance.
·Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirement:
·University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline

·Minimum 6to8 years relevant experience preferred from sizable Retail / Service sector, with at least 2 years at supervisory level

·Logical thinking, detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
·Able to lead, drive and influence others to deliver.
·Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
·Strong negotiation, planning and project management skills.
·Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
·Excellent communication skills with good command of written English & Chinese.
