This position will provide broad-based administrative support to CEO of an International Design Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the schedule of CEO by preparing in advance his her next day's calendar and all supporting materials that pertain to that day's meetings and schedule. Meeting preparation and set up (understand video and teleconferencing equipment).- Drafting of agendas, meeting notes, PowerPoint presentation development or refinements and other communications on CEO's behalf (bilingual).- Interact with offices of the highest level of the firm and other related high-profile international firms with the appropriate level of discussion, judgment and professionalism.- Travel arrangements & expense reports- Perform any necessary support to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- College education or above with superior English training.Strong written and oral communications in Chinese and English.- Minimum 6 years of directly related experience in supporting senior level executives.- Strong administrative and basic project coordination skills.- Highly organized and detail oriented. Can work proactively in anticipating and resolving problems.- Ability to work independently as well as positively in a dynamic and creative team environment.- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with MS outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in handling high volume of work.Creative or retail industry experiences a plus but not required.
