Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing Activity:
- Analyze and understand customer current and future needs
- Gathers competition information including competition's activity at customer.
- Supports actively the communication with customers (presentations, tech shows, quotation,etc)

2) Sales Activity:
- Establishes strong links with customer's Purchasing and principals organizations
- Delivers quote to customer and lead negotiation with customer until closure of sale
- Negotiate price adjustments with customer during development and during production

3) Other:
- Setup FDP team in East China
- Manage this team to meet sales target of WKK Group
- Report to the higher-ups of company about current sales status by collecting timely sales information
- Supports all necessary activity to implement WKK Shanghai and Division business practices

Requirement:

1. Master's degree with major preferably in Material Science or Physical Electronics or Chemistry.

2. Good understanding with overall manufacturing process of FPD/TP, with minimum 5 years working experiences in FPD/TP production.

3. Pleasant character, willing to take challenge and work under pressure.

4. Excellent language abilities in both spoken and written English or Japanese

5. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
