岗位名称:质量部经理

岗位职责:

1.向管理层汇报工作情况；

2.根据公司布置的年度任务、工作计划安排好质量部的各项工作，按计划任务落实到每个组员，督促任务的完成过程；

3.负责质量部部门的管理工作，主要包括：质量管理体系运作、供应商质量控制、进货质量控制，生产

4.过程质量控制、成品质量控制、不合格品的处理、客户抱怨处理等；

5.负责所有质量有关事宜，合理安排、配置资源；

6.负责部门内部团队建设、组织、管理、协调及考核；

7.完成月度工作报告；

8.其他总经理及营运经理布置的任务。

能力要求：

-五年制造企业相关工作经验；外资公司工作经验优先；

-理工科机械专业本科及以上学历；

-英语四级以上，听、说、读、写精通；

-有内审核员资格证书，有外审员资格的优先；

-熟悉机械加工，且能够熟练应用绘图软件；

-充分的质量管理理论知识和现场管理经验；

-熟悉ISO9001以及TS16949质量管理体系,能够熟练应用过程管理；

-能熟练应用Office，Excel等办公软件，有SAP系统经验者优先；

-较强的组织、沟通与协调能力；

-了解质量体系；精通质保手段；
-具有解决问题、处理挑战的系统的方法；
-诚实、强势、稳定、独立、可靠；
-反应迅速，工作高效；
