任职要求：

·本科或以上学历

·具备IE专业知识

·有半导体行业相关知识优先

·能阅读英文资料和简单对话

·制造行业工作2年以上

Job Duties:
·Propose and complete the improvement through comprehensive analysis of human power and machine location
·Submit believable judgment by comparison and research of utilization of machines
·Work out optimum resources match plan through time and motion research
·Share continuous improvement project experience through organizing training courses or seminars


Jobholder requirements:
·University & above
·IE professional knowledge
·Semiconductor manufacturing process know-how
·Can read document in English and oral communication in English
·2+ work experience in manufacturing industry
