职位职责
职位要求
1.大学本科(国际贸易专业优先),英语CET-6或以上,良好的听、说、读、写能力;
2.从事本职工作三年以上;在外贸公司从事过相关工作。
3.擅长掌握海运、空运等操作及流程,熟悉定单制作流程,进出口清关流程及国内第三方物流;
4.从事过服装外贸出口工作,掌握相应工作流程.熟悉服装外贸出口的中英文相关用语.
5.能熟练运用办公自动化软件(WORD\EXCEL\OUTLOOK\ACCESS等);
6.具有较强的处理突发事件的能力和良好的分析、沟通和协调能力;
7.良好的团队合作精神,思维缜密,情绪成熟,有耐心,责任心强,诚实,能承受工作压力.
8.请提供中英文简历.
1.Arrange shipment, including make booking, prepare the shipping documents e.g.: inspection, export license, C/O, invoice and packing list.
2.Contact with forwarder and checking the shipping line, arrange the warehouse notice to be followed. Make sure everything fine on the declaration customs documents in order to ship on time following the customer delivery time.
3.Double checking and HS code and send the shipping documents to customer directly. Make sure no mistake on the documents in order to clear custom overseas.
4.Contact with factories for the shipping process or documentation. Especially for the inspection and export license.
5.Pushing forwarder to get the Hexiaodan return back to Kungao in order to get tax refunding on time.
6.Update the masterfile and Netgarment, commercial invoice etc shipping information.
7.Help to find solution with forwarder or factory to solve export license, inspection or other custom or Hexiaodan documents problems.
