Event Sale Job Description

* To report the percentage of function inquiries
* To be aware of the reason the client choice for an other venue
* To report the first function response before sending it back to the client to the Manager
* Insure follow up with customer on function inquiries
* To report on the progression of the functions
* Give information packages to Clients
* To overseas the running of function on the day
* Insure the proper procedures with the account department ,contract ,deposit
* Insure the release of deposit and the proper charges to the client and set up company within a time frame of 12 days at the most
* Maintain a calendar of events

Profile

* Dynamic personality / interactive
* Good knowledge of English /Chinese
* Sales experience
* Overseas experience a plus
* Good presentation

1.要报告活动问询的百分比
2.要了解客人选择其它场地的原因
3.向经理告知前一个活动的反响后，再告知客人相关情况/向经理报告客人的首次回应后，再回复客人
4.确保跟进客人的活动需求
5.及时报告活动的进展情况
6.向客人提供活动的详细介绍
7.把信息报给客人
8.监督当天的活动流程
9.确保与财务部门在合同、保证金处理中的正确流程/和财务部确认正当的流程：合同，押金
10.确保退还客人押金和正当地收取客人费用，确保12天内结算清楚
11.宴会的日程表的更新，维护
要求
1.精力充沛、交流能力强
2.良好的英语及汉语能力
3.有丰富的销售经验
4.有国外工作经历者优先考虑
5.仪表良好、个人气质佳


工作地点：上海美术馆5楼，地铁人民广场站11号出口，往前走50米即可。
