Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure all products manufactured meet the company compliance. Ensure that company regulations are followed among the staff in the department. Personal and lead whole function follows EHS rules strictly.

· Evaluation of factories both in relation to production and compliance issues

· Authorized correct wrong operation to manner.

· Responsible for the establishments, maintenance & daily operation of QA lab in the plant, improve the working procedures in the QA department.

· Develop the quality system; manage ISO9001 system.

· Manage and develop the QA department, develop the staffs' competence

· Accountable for consumer complaint and customer complaint rates and develop quality program to significantly reduce complaint rate.

· Provide quality reports based on all lab testing data from raw material to finished goods

· Be responsible for the translation process of new Product to plant.

· Supervise new color matching & color control system

· Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure the business activity and quality system in accordance with company SOPs and local regulations. Host the internal and external inspections.

· Provide internal active and strong, as a linkage from quality perspective.

· Work closely with the commercial team to meet customers' requirements relating to sample and production quality.




Professional Skills Required:



· B.Sc degree in Polymer Science/ Chemistry / Coloring subjects;

· At least 6 years in plastics engineering and QA working experiences with at least 2 years in a managerial position; experience in chemical industrial area is preferred

· Strong presence that will establish high quality standard for design and construction teams

· Excellent in quality management program

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills as well as leadership skills;

· Well-accepted team player that is technically skilled.

· A reputation for the highest personal ethics and standards of business behavior

· Action oriented, priority setting, conflict management, self-development

· Ability to motivate and develop staff

· Facilitation & Organization Skills;

· Ability to identify and implement process improvements;

· Problem-solving and strategic planning skills.

· Good command of written and spoken English
