Responsibilities:

The main job is to coordinate the provision of professional marketing services. He/she will support the strategic business priorities in China together with other marketing members. This person will take overall responsibility for the following key objectives:

- Through analysis of the CRM customer profile & performance within the store, the development & management of the store's valuable CRM consumer base with strong personalized CRM communication.

- To ensure the smoothly implementation of company's CRM strategy and policies.

- Be able to give quick feedback to customers about all CRM-related questions and issues.

- Consolidate all customer's feedback, and make analysis and create reports.

- Work with sales team, other teams and 3rd party partners to fulfill daily marketing work like campaign communication, gift fulfillment and word proofing.

- Develop and implement promotion campaigns (including but not limited to direct mail or email, e-newsletters, pre & post event communication, solution announcements and promotions) for leads generation to fulfill sales strategy and business priority.

- Plan and implement corporate and sales promotion events (including but not limited to road shows, seminars, exhibition etc.).

- Develop and produce marketing materials such as EDM, brochures, posters, business presentations etc.

- Familiar with "E-marketing" as website promotion process, able to skillfully use all kinds of Internet resources, related industry network media, BBS, blogs, etc in website promotion work

Requirements:

- College degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines.

- 5-6 years marketing working experience in a sizable retail company is preferable.

- Possess effective communication skills and team work spirit is a must.

- Project / Event management experience is preferable.

- Self-motivated, responsible, sharp and discerning.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing).

- Good command of written and spoken English.
