职位描述：
1、实时了解库存情况,配合业务销售对相关货物进行出库及运输安排；
2、处理进口货物通关及入库作业；
3、确保装运前所有事宜完成如包装、收发货地址、订舱、制作单证等；
4、物流费用核对；
5、库存盘点；
6、处理进口货物通关中、货物在库及后续运输中的的突发事件；
7、单证归档,及时将通关单,税单,入库单回执等交付财务；
8、物流相关内容ERP系统录入；
9、上级领导安排的其他相关工作；
任职要求：
1、至少两年的工作经验在物流和报关方面。(进出口;船舶的书;海关核查等)。至少一年以上ERP系统操作经验；
2、大专以上学历，物流或国际贸易专业优先；
3、有制造业经验优先
4、具有报关证
5、良好的英语及沟通能力
6、至少有一年在外高桥工作的经验
Position description:
1.Real-time understanding of inventory, with sales of goods warehousing and transportation arrangement;
2.Dealing with the import cargo clearance and warehousing operations;
3. Confirm that everything has been completed before shipping such as packing; shipping address; booking space; making shipping documents and etc.
4. Logistics cost checking;
5.Inventory counts;
6. Processing imported goods clearance of goods in warehouse, and subsequent transport in emergencies;
7.Document filing, timely customs clearance bill, receipt, storage and delivery of financial;
8.Logistics related contents in ERP system input;
9. Other works arranged by the leader

Job requirements:
1． At least two year working experience in logistics and customs.(Import & Export; Shipping book; Customs Verification,etc.) At least one year experience in operating ERP system.
2. College degree or above, major in logistics or International Trade is preferred;
3. Working background in manufacturing area would be plus.
4. Have Customs certification
5. Good English and strong communication skills;
6. At least one year experience working in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone

We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments.
