职位描述：

1. 负责为新成立的公司建立质量管理体系。熟练操作ISO90001&14001,API6D,TS及新建立公司或生产企业所需的程序（具体可见www.starcontrols.comm/ www,univals.com)

2. 需要熟悉了解阀门行业相关产品认证证书，例如FireSafe, TA-Luft,压力设备指令模块H及其他；

3. 负责对供应商的质量审计：评价原辅料、包装材料、中间产品的质量等；

4. 负责生产过程、组装过程中质量异常情况的分析和处理；

5. 负责处理不良反应和内外部用户质量投诉；

6. 负责对三级文件（作业指导书）及检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，并检查执行状况、有效性；

7. 参与、策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作和内部人员的质量培训；

8. 负责有效的管理质量部门的工作；

9. 完成质量管理的其他任务。

Job description:
1. Setup the QA system for the new established company. Requested certifications to be done, are in first step: ISO 9001 & 14001, API6D, TS, and other certifications regarding the company setup and production process, as well our products. (refer to our webpage: www.starcontrols.com www.univals.com
2. Further on, in next step the candidate shall get the Valve industry related products certifications, such as FireSafe, TA-Luft, pressure equipment directive Module H, and other, done.
3. Responsible for supplier quality audit: evaluating the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products;
4. In the production process, Assembly process quality analysis and treatment of abnormal;
5. Responsible for the internal and external customer quality complaints;
6. Responsible for three-level files (operating instructions) and inspection standards, modifying, regular reviews, and check the status of implementation, effectiveness;
7. Responsible for the planning of the quality management activities, such as participation in external partner audit, certification and quality training of internal staff;
8. Fully responsible for the effective management of Quality Department work;
9. Complete the other task management.

岗位要求：

1. 全面负责品质管理，管理、质量等相关行业大专以上学历，英语良好；

2. 至少5年以上品质管理工作经验，特别是建立阀门/泵等生产型企业质量管理体系的经验；

3. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；

4. 了解产品工艺流程，熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；

5. 能够清晰地组织、协调和汇报工作，有较强的分析解决问题能力；

6. 工作主动、执行能力强、责任心强，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

7. 具备用英语向运营总监和总经理汇报工作的能力。

Job requirements:
1. Fully responsible for QA Management.
2. At least 5 years working experience in QA management, and proven record of established / setup of QA system in manufacturing of valve and / or pump business.
3. Strong background of ISO 9001 QA management system.
4. Strong background in production process and QA management tools and related measuring tools.
5. Well organized, and self driven, with strong analytical problem-solving ability.
6. Strong initiative, implementation, strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skill and team work spirit.
7. Report in English language directly to Operation Director and GM
