Cost center Controlling

成本中心控制

-Support Finance and Controlling in monitoring the cost centers

负责财务及控制部门的成本中心管理

-Analyze regularly cost center result, compare with budget, provide reports to cost center responsible person and support in doing forecasts.

分析成本中心结果，核对预算，提供成本中心及预算报告

-Find potentials to decrease overhead costs

降低总费用

-Make sure project cost and cost center costs are posted correct to project and cost center

确保项目成本及成本中心正确无误

-Take over function from ENGER to be more independent as doing forecasts in SAP, allocations.

协同德国总部在SAP系统中制作预算

Reporting

报告

-Support Leader in doing the monthly reporting

协助主管完成月度报告

-Analyze the working hour capacity, compare with the available capacity, hours per cost center, per project and provide reports to PM and Management

分析工时，与核定工时对比，分析各项目及成本中心的工时，并向项目经理级管理层提供报告

Export

外部

-Cannel function, contact person for ENGER or other affiliated companies

作为联络人与德国总部及子公司进行沟通

-Collect necessary information for evaluation (dates, project number…)

收集必要的数据信息（日期，项目号）

-Coordinate with related departments to get costs for logistics, purchasing, design hours…

与相关部门合作以取得采购、物流成本及其他数据

-After order received make sure all information distributed and everything handled in a right way (number distributed to all departments and purchasing done on the right number)

取得订单后，确保所有相关事项的正确处理（所有部门的数字分配，采购部门取得的采购数据正确）

-In case of any question from customer support to find answer

对于客户的问题提出解决方案

Intercompany orders

公司间的订单

-Channel function, interface between purchasing, CO, FI for all companies

作为采购、控制及财务部门间的联络员

-Make sure the process is followed

确保遵循流程

-Make sure all documents provided by project manager for calculation, calculation reviewed

确保项目经理提供的计算数据正确

-Follow up status

Minimum Experience & Qualifications岗位要求:

-Major in finance or controlling, economics

财务、控制、金融专业

-At lest 1 year working experience working is required, experience in auditing industry is preferred

1年及以上相关行业经验，有审计行业经验者优先

-Excellent skills in excel and power point

熟练掌握EXCEL及PPT

-Fluent English skills

英语流利

-Strong sense in analyzing and interpreting data

分析数据能力强

-Good team spirit and communication skill

团队合作力及良好的交流沟通能力
