MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
? Maintains and grows the organization's products and/or services to major accounts by contacting established customers and developing new prospects.
? Calls on accounts and develops business plan and coordinates sales presentations to ensure adequate sales service. Work within the organization to implement improvement plans.
? Maintain and grow relationships and contacts with customer group.
? Executes sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotional programs to achieve revenue and profit growth objectives.
? Track all sales for customer group and forecast customer demand.
? Understands and researches trends in the industry, markets, and the competition in order to provide the correct our client's product to the customer.
? Increases market penetration in local service business by securing new profitable customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base business at key, target, managed and maintained owner accounts utilizing identified strategies.
? Establish a network within the company and OEM structure. Interface with divisional and OEM engineering to accurately assess customer needs and divisional product offering.
? Research, prepare and present customer and corporate presentations.
? Execute corporate sales objectives and strategies.
? Attend industry and customer trade shows.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum of 5 years experience in sales / engineering in the heavy duty or related industry is required. Steering and vehicle platforms are preferred
? BA in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is required
? Possesses strong level of knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services, including the engineering principles and specifications of assigned products
? Knowledge of the market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets, and competition
? Understanding of how sales interrelates with other functions in the organization
? Exhibits high credibility and trustworthiness to customers and to the company-maintains healthy balance between the customer and company
? Strong selling skills-establishes relationships with customers
? Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation including strong MS Office suite applications.
? High endurance and energy levels-works until the customer/companies needs are met
? Ability to travel frequently
?Good English communication capability
