Major Responsibilities:


? Review the financial/operational analysis and reporting from manufacturing plants of Steering Product line, AP. e.g monthly/quarterly financial/operational review and forecast.
? Preparation of annual budget and business plan for the manufacturing plants of Steering.
? Working with the Operation department and other functions such as Engineering & Sourcing for cost and expense control and productivity improvement within the region.
? Provide general support to all finance/accounting functions for the manufacturing entities in the region.
? Support the business units for internal control and risk management (incl SOX compliance).
? Evaluate the P & L performance of the manufacturing plants within the region. Provide effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation for the senior management of AP and TRW Corp in order to aggressively pursue profitable growth opportunities within the region.
? Involve into various business development projects and support the management team with solid business analysis.

Strong analytical skill in operational analysis, business modeling.
Strong business acumen. Able to interpret financial date into business stories.
Strong communication and coordination skill
Fluent English both written and spoken
Open-minded, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible. Dedication and good time management skill with respect for deadlines.
Computer literate. Strong Excel spreadsheet and ERP application skills.



Education and Experience:



Over 5 years in finance or business development department, with strong focus on operational and business analysis.
Auto/manufacturing industry background preferred.
Proven track record of delivering against objective
Excellent communication skills
Proactive approach and good team players
Attention to details
Capability to multi-tasks and work under pressure
