职位描述
· In charge of WOFE and R&D Center monthly payroll
· In charge of WOFE staffs' CIIC management fee and social security benefits fee checking
· Conduct WOFE, R&D and other China Plants' annual C&B Survey and annual C&B Review, including Job Matching, Data Collection, Market Reporting Share, Data Analysis and C&B review reporting.
· Maintenance of the WOFE and R&D Center Salary Structure according to annual survey and review result
· Assist Plant HR Managers to maintain or build the Salary Structure
· Assist Sr. HR Manager, China to improve Plant HR Teams' C&B skills and design the C&B tools to make the C&B practices perfect. Provide basic C&B training for HR team members
· Coordinate to summarize and analyst monthly C&B report
· Assist Sr. HR Manager, China to complete others C&B projects as necessary
· Assist Sr. HR Manager, China to complete the annual performance review, merit increase and bonus recommendation process
· Act as internal consultant for WOFE and R&D's individual compensation review, promotion proposal
· Assist Sr. HR Manager, China to coordinate the HR Systems Implement Project
· Act as HRIS Administrator, maintain the HR systems
· Check staffs' annual leave records in line with company policy
· Other supports as required by Senior HR Manager

Education & Work Experience

Experience:
l Five years experience of HR function
l At least three years in C&B responsibilities
l Those with working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage
