Major Responsibilities

l Create the Commodity strategy for PCBs that is aligned to the TRW PL organsiations and meets with the expectations of the Electronics Commodity.
l Develop the OP/SP plan together with global commodity team
l Lead/ co ordinate sourcing committee and sourcing decisions for PCBs globally across TRW Pls
l Drive the dual sourcing strategy for the PCBs
l Develop BIC models and use to mitigate inflation
l Drive the VAVE cost down improvement
l Lead the GCS benchmarking activity for PCBs
l Maintain/ develop the supplier base for PCBs to increase leverage and deliver best quality and yr on yr savings
l Develop LTAs with Strategic Big 5 suppliers
l Support PL purchasing BOM management

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, MBA preferred

Language: Excellent English skills

Experience: 8 years+ in Automotive/Electronics industry purchasing related job. 2 years+ on the supervisors or management is required
