Overall Purpose of Job:
Coordinate all activities in the CQA (Customer Quotation Authorization) process (GDPIM #1 - #2) in assigned Product Line. Provide support to the Sales organization in AP (and Globally as required) in responding to customer inquiries and Requests For Quotation with timely, accurate and competitive data. Includes detailed analysis and critical review of data received from the various departments / manufacturing sites. Requires organized, timely and consistent maintenance of CQA information and databases.


Major Responsibilities:

? Coordinate with Sales teams and supporting functions to develop new business opportunities with strategic customers in China and other regions.

? Detailed review and analysis of data, coordinate business case inputs ensuring cost data is consistent with previous or similar projects. In addition, question, verify and challenge data from all departments to ensure most cost competitive quote is obtained.

? Coordinate and take active role in weekly Product Line CQA review and other meetings required to complete task. Participate in weekly CQA meeting with Senior Management.

? Prepare Executive CQA data and review with Product Line manager before presentation at the weekly CQA meetings held with Senior Management

? Maintain CQA Database updated with commercial and financial data approved through CQA. .

? Administration of open projects list, weekly minutes and filing of approved and signed documentation.




Key Competencies:

? Good project management and communication skills to ensure project requirements are effectively communicated, and accurate information is received timely. Ability to manage and prioritize numerous projects at once, flexibility to respond to changing and short-turnaround requests. Initiative and persistence to obtain all inputs required for project completion. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills. Good understanding of business financial metrics.


Education and Experience:

Educational: Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree majoring preferably in Engineering or Business Administration..



Experience: 3 years Technical or Commercial experience in multinational company. Knowledge of Automotive industry and products an advantage.. Proven ability to effectively work as a member of a cross-functional team from various cultures, backgrounds and languages
