Job Title: Mortgage Loan Sales Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping sales to collect loan documents/ security documents and other supporting documents from customer and arrange facility disbursement
- Handle customer enquiry
- Follow up past due loans to chase customers to settle overdue items
- Prepare documents for equipment mortgage registration
- Coordinate with solicitor to arrange documents for property mortgage registration
- Prepare various management reports such as Sales Tracking Report, Fees Register etc
Requirements:
- College diploma or above
- Around 3 year working experiences in mortgage loan sales support function
- Foreign bank experience is preferred
- Good written English ability, CET-4 and above
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
