We are looking for a passionate procurement professional to lead our Outsourcing expansion in APAC region, to be based in Shanghai. We are very bullish about China operations and are keen to on-board a leader who can drive our passion into results in the region. If you have 10+ years of experience in project management, client relationship, and procurement services (preferably from IT buying industry) and are keen in being part of an exciting opportunity to build up a regional delivery and growth center, GEP is your right choice.
Industry background: Consulting/Procurement (Leadership) / IT Hardware
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 10 years of working experience in Procurement, Project Management, Client Relationship and People Management
* Previous experience in the Sourcing, Procurement and Outsourcing services in China and APAC Locations
* Strong understanding in Strategic Sourcing (IT and Services Preferred)
* Experience in all aspects of business including operations, delivery management and technical services preferred
* Prior exposure to RFP process and contract negotiation
* Supporting presales department and providing functional and domain expertise
* Proficient in Chinese and English (Korean, Japanese would be added benefits)
