Responsibilities


· Develop and manage the e-channel, including e-banking, ATM and other self-served machines in alignment with China strategic plan

· Work closely with Group Strategic Marketing & Communications (GSMC) for consumer banking's marketing & communications strategy planning and on-site implementation support of marketing programs for all CB products & services to help accomplish CB China's business expansion plan

· Work out and implement Deposit strategy and execution

· Advise and assist in new business initiatives to promote and deliver bank products and services via e-banking and self-served machines

· Strength Debit Card penetration and grow deposit base without sacrificing NIM and

· Conform to internal corporate and external regulatory compliance and guidelines with support form legal and compliance department in China



Requirements


· Over 8 years relevant management experience, preferably with experience in banking/financial industry

· Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Finance/EE

· Solid e-banking and ATM product development and project management experience gained in China

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin

· Ability to achieve result through other support units/service providers/partners

· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in dynamic environment independently
