职位描述
An international top level executive search firm based in Asia Pacific. (Australia and Shanghai) Provides executive, partner and board search alongside leadership services which include assessment, due-diligence, on-boarding and coaching, succession and diversity planning across the following six sectors: Financial Services, Legal & Professional Services, Consumer, Technology & Communications, Education & Social Enterprise.
Job Responsibility
?-Work independently on assignments and provide support to senior consultants and partners on providing candidate lists.
?-Prepare sourcing list, progress report and full report for senior consultants and partners.
-Conduct initial telephone screening interview with potential candidates.
?-Input candidate resume and interview comments into system/database.
?-Attend client meeting with partners or senior consultants when needed.
?-Attend industry events/exhibition or related activities to collect talent information
Job Requirement
?-Bachelor or above degree holder.
?-Fluent oral and written English.
?-Drive to become a consultant focusing on Human Resources function, especially executive search industry.
?-Be familiar with various industries including financial services, technology & communication, education organization, consumer, especially industries same with existing clients.
?-Be good at communicating with various senior executives and able to objectively evaluation advantages and area to be developed.
?-Be a good team player, able to work with team in a cooperative and contributive way.
?-Be able to deal with multiple assignments at the same period.
?-Be able to deal with ambiguity.
