Job Responsibility:

1.Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing andtroubleshooting systems and equipment.

2.Prepares test and diagnosticprograms, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completesspecifications and procedures for new products.

3.Plans the labor,schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standardand special devices.J

JOB COMPLEXITY

Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or datarequires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within definedprocedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

SUPERVISION

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailedinstructions on new projects or assignments.

EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL

Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies andprocedures to resolve variety of issues.

SCOPE

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and theprocess by which to meet goals.
