Application Engineer/Engineering Analyst will arrange to have the appropriate drawings made available to the customer for review and approval
1.Provide assistance to the manufacturing operation as required. This includes the following: Technical assistance to the assembly and test personnel at Richland Center. Meet with customer engineering personnel for final inspection or witness test
2.Provide the customer with the required documentation package
3.Provide field assistance whenever required to insure customer satisfaction
4.Provide assistance and coordination with Expeditor and Manager or Supervisor
5.Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network
6.Take leader for order transfer from commercial engineer or sales. Accomplish project plan once get order. Role as a project leader to handle kick off meeting with related department according to project schedule. Hold project meeting by weekly with related department. Tracking project process, make sure the project delivery will match margin, delivery date and quality requirement compare with as sold proposal or order.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

1.B.S. Electrical Engineering Degree or related degree.

2.At least 5 years experience on electrical engineering design

3.Be familiar with MCC manufacture or application

4.Project management experience will be preferred
