Key Responsibilities

· Working with ESB project team to complete all of mechanical selection and designing.

· Reviews system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software

· Develop CAD generated electrical diagrams using CAD tools and techniques for engineered orders, exercising independent judgment and incorporating current manufacturing wiring practices and standards (NEMA/IEC)

· Create wire charts, wire sleeves, and wire wraps on a per order basis to support customer needs and/or manufacturing functions

· Develop, in conjunction with the CAD Staff and other drafters, product standards and procedures to be maintained in the department library

· Manage all projects and changes effectively to meet project schedules

· Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

· Selected CAD training; Associate Degree preferred

· CAD experience and electrical design background

· Electrical assembly experience
