Primary Job Functions:
1. Cost analysis and sales statistics
2. Monthly closing
3. Provision management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Standard cost and BOM list Maintenance
2. Prepare sales and cost analysis reports
3. Monthly closing for sales ledger

Job Activities:

1. Accumulate and calculate products' standard cost according to products' BOM list
2. Cost check for Marine sales team
3. Prepare monthly consolidated GP Margin report of China market
4. Prepare weekly sales report of china market
5. Assist to complete monthly closing
6. Assist to prepare sales forecast
7. Provide supporting document to accrue Marine sales provision, check and control the utilization of late-cost and commissioning.
8. Maintain serial number in SAP, assist to OtD go-live
9. Ad-hoc reports required by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Major in Finance & Accounting, or Business
3. 3 years' experience in multi-national company
4. Good at spoken and written English
5. SAP experience will be an advantage
