Major responsibilities
-The finance manager/director has to properly manage the accounting books in a timely manner and in accordance with local law and group standards
-Introduce internal control and audit procedures
-He or she has the responsibility to monitor the performance of the company regularly
-He or she has to check the financial control systems constantly and monitor the income of the company against the expenses
-He or she has to prepare the accurate, timely and regular financial statements and preparing the same to the board of directors
-He or she has ensured the compliance of all necessary audits
-It will be the responsibility to record the accounting requirements set by regulatory bodies in the capital markets within the company's location
-It will be the duty to present the investment memoranda, feasibility studies, financial plans, annual budgets and other financial or business documents to the management
-He or she needs to warn and alert the management based upon his/her assessment of the financial situation of the company
-He or she has to inform about any financial irregularities, non-compliance, non-adherence and other concerns related to the company
-The financial manager/director has to understand the financial systems properly along with the operations, plans, accounting, audits, and budget of a company
-He or she needs to ensure the timely and accurate submission of the monthly, half-year and year end closing documents for all regulatory bodies and to the Group Finance Dept
-Will be the sparring partner for the MD/GM and the senior management
-Handles all external audits and tax matters in compliance with local law and group policies
-Liaison with banks, insurance companies and external audit company

Job requirements
-More than 10 years experiences in Finance and Account work
-Over 5 years as Finance Manager for MNC/Listed Company (in charge of the Finance department of their Chinese operation)
-Experience in setting up WOFE
-Experience in Finance and Controlling of a Trading company in China
-Experience in SAP and Kingdee (China ERP)
-Over 5 year experience with international GAAP (preferred Swiss GAAP FER) and Local GAAP
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (IETLS at band 6 or above for English)

Job Description
The Finance manager/director is responsible for the effective management of all financial matters of our operations in China in accordance with statutory law and the Group Directives of the Schleuniger Group and the Accounting Principles of the Metall Zug AG. The financial manager/director is a subordinate to the MD/GM and reports directly to them and with a dotted line to the group CFO. The manager/director needs to do the planning of the finances for our operation in China. The duty includes keeping the proper records and financial statements. He or she has to present them to the company's senior management both in Switzerland and China. The Finance manager/director also needs to analyze financial data and advice. It will be also the responsibility to make recommendations to the management regarding the financial situation of all our operations in China.
