职位描述：
-确保实验室具有可靠稳定的化学技术能力，能够对技术人员进行技术考核；

-能够根据客户产品的化学要求，监督检测的实施，并审核测试结果；
-根据实验室的要求，制定部门相关人员的培训及考核计划，能够为实验室提供化学相关的技术培训，如各国法规，标准以及其他技术资料；
-为实验室，销售部和客户提供技术的咨询；
-根据公司要求完成新测试项目的开发。

职位要求：
-化学或相关专业本科以上学历；有扎实的仪器分析理论基础；
-3年以上纺织品化学分析实验室工作经验，有实验室筹建经验的优先考虑；
-熟悉仪器分析方法开发的流程和质量控制程序；
-熟悉ICP/AA/EDX或GC/LC/GC-MS/LC-MS/LC-MS-MS等的原理；
-良好地团队合作精神, 学习和环境适应能力；

-英文良好。
