Purpose : ( Overall job objectives )
- This job is responsible for daily processing purchase plan to IG and EG vendor.
- Responsible for inventory control base on requested service to clients.
- Responsible for purchasing parameter optimization and alignment.


Position Qualifications : ( Education and experience )
Background: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Over 3 years similar work experiences in a foreign manufacturing enterprise.
Strong skill in material planning and inventory management.
Specific Knowledge: Practised in office software.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to work with cross functional departments
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong skills in problem solving and self encouragement.
Fluent English for both oral and written.

Area of Responsibility

- Performs daily RM purchasing plan in line with the lead time, MOQ and inventory policies.
- Identifies and work to resolve issues which impact the ability to meet the production schedule and client's demand.
- Accountability of supplier's punctuality and lead time performance.
- Properly applies planning parameters and suggests changes or improvements to parameters as required
- Participate to Customer Supply Chain projects as required
- Keeps inventory level and continuously improve inventory structure. Pushes NM and SM inventory liquidation.
- Responds to customer inquiries (via phone, facsimile and e-mail) on services and Supply Chain related issue
- To follow write-off and recurring process by monthly.
- To run reports and analyze the data which should support material planning execution.
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
